This is presented for the quality of the restaurants cooking that demonstrates consistent standards of all dishes on the menus flavours are expected to be well-balanced and each dish appropriately presented using fresh and seasonal ingredients. The AA inspector described their meal as “simplicity at its best” and commenting on the “great flavours” and “accurate cookery” of the dish. Quality of service received is also taken into consideration. The AA inspector said “the team exuded natural friendliness which was underpinned by sound professional procedures and great menu knowledge” Watermarq Head Chief Gary Burke uses local produce and sources only the finest ingredients for all dishes.

The Watermarq Restaurant in the Silver Springs Hotel is one of the finest restaurants in Cork. This quality cork restaurant opens for lunch and dinner and offers an extensive a la carte as well as a range of great value fixed price menus that appeal to all. A new addition to the Watermarq Beer Garden is a fantastic new children’s playground, ideal for visiting families and guaranteed to ensure healthy appetites all round. The Watermarq Restaurant is open for dinner Tuesday to Saturday and caters for parties of all sizes. Restaurant does not open on a Sunday or a Monday evening. Whether it’s an intimate dinner for two or a group celebration we have the perfect table for you. From the 6th of July to the 31st of August the restaurant will be open all nights except Monday.
