RED COW MORAN HOTEL – A SNEAK PREVIEW!
As the Red Cow Moran Hotel approaches it’s anniversary and two decades of delivering four star hospitality to Dublin visitors, we are delighted to give you a sneak preview of the 7 storey hotel extension that is currently under construction at the hotel complex. Ground was broken on the development in Autumn 2015 and the completed extension will be delivered by Autumn 2016.
A three-phase project overall, this hotel extension will bring a host of new and improved facilities to the Red Cow Moran Hotel once completed;

Each of the new guestrooms will feature floor to ceiling windows, be fully sound proofed and include black out blinds, a safe, 43″ LCD TV’s aswell as all the usual mod cons guests of the Red Cow Moran Hotel have come to expect from this 4 star hotel. Corporate guests aswell as families can expect comfort and space during their stay making their visit to Dublin an enjoyable experience from start to finish
The Red Cow Moran Hotel has become a popular host venue for a whole range of corporate and social events from meetings and conferences to weddings and gala balls. As demand has exceeded our current capacity, the extension includes 15 new spaces, all fitted out and finished to the highest specification. Our existing ballroom which was upgraded in 2014 can hold up to 800 delegates and when you combine the additional 152 bedrooms and all the ancillary services and facilities that the complex will boast there is no doubt but that the Red Cow Moran Hotel provides an ideal host venue in Dublin.
The development also includes a link to the original hotel which will accommodate the new Coffee Dock and Wine Bar. The existing hotel reception will be extended and given a completely new look in order to be able to service the additional bedrooms. Finally, the hotel restaurant; the Winter Garden Restaurant will be extended also and completely redesigned.
The new Coffee Dock will serve a wide selection of delicious lite bites that will include freshly made sandwiches, wraps and baps, crumbly pastries and aromatic coffee. Guests and non residents will be able to choose between the hotel restaurant, Cocktail Bar and Coffee Dock for breakfast and lunch.
By night the Coffee Dock will become an inviting Wine Bar serving a wide selection of wines and champagnes by the glass along with tasty tapas.
For our hotel guests wishing to maintain their excercise program while away from home; our new Fitness Suite will be kitted out with the latest cardio, strengthening and conditioning equipment.
“Toms Table”; our hotel restaurant will continue the existing focus which is on using the best of Irish seasonal produce. It will provide a stylish and convivial venue where corporate and leisure guests alike will be able to enjoy great food and great company.
This 7 storey hotel extension will be delivered in three phases; the first series of rooms will open at the beginning of August 2016, the second phase will be completed by the beginning of September 2016 and the full hotel extension will finished by October 2016.

Chiswick Moran Hotel were proud to be finalists in this year’s West London Business Awards.
The West London Business Awards was on the 27th of November.
The aim of the West London business awards is to celebrate business excellence and to showcase the innovation within London’s business sector.
More than 300 guests attended the night of the gala dinner which showcased the excellence and intelligence in businesses in West London, recognising and congratulating the best in their sector.
Chiswick Moran Hotel got a highly commended award and came runners up in the Hospitality Business of the year awards.

The Guinness Cork Jazz Festival is an annual music festival held in Cork City. The festival is Ireland’s biggest jazz event and attracts hundreds of musicians and thousands of music fans to the city each year.
It is on from the 23rd to the 27th of October 2014.

Fully Irish, family-owned hotel group, Moran Hotel Group, supporting Seachtain na Gaeilge

Irish, family owned hotel group Moran Hotels & Bewley’s Hotels have been announced as the official hotel partner for Seachtain na Gaeilge which takes place from 4 – 17 March.
The group’s four Dublin hotels in Ballsbridge, Leopardstown, Newlands Cross and Dublin Airport will all be supporting Seachtain na Gaeilge by encouraging their staff to use the ‘cúpla focail’ in their daily dealings with guests. All guests arriving at the hotels will be greeted with a great big ‘Céad míle fáilte’, and staff will assist all interested guests in learning some key Irish phrases.
The set menus and the early bird menus in the Brasserie restaurant in each hotel will be translated into Irish for the two weeks, with some helpful Irish phrases printed on them, so all guests will get a chance to try their hand at ordering ‘as Gaeilge’. The Brasserie restaurants in Bewley’s Hotels already support Irish by ordering from Irish businesses and local suppliers where possible. They are committed to providing choices for diners increasingly concerned with where their food comes from and how it impacts on the environment and their very popular 100% Fully Irish Breakfast features only 100% traceable Irish produce.
Seachtain na Gaeilge will be running from 4 – 17 March with Irish language events taking place all around Ireland and further afield for its duration! It’s a celebration of our Irish language and culture and whether you are a fluent speaker, a first time learner, young or old, you can take part & enjoy the language! We have finished our hugely successful fundraising efforts for The Children’s Medical Research Foundation, Our Lady’s Children’s Hospital Crumlin and we are very proud to say that we have raised €25,821.20 so far with donations still coming in!!

The Moran & Bewley’s Hotel Group have decided to do their bit to support the ongoing research into sudden infant death syndrome by organising some fun fundraising events to raise money for The Children’s Medical Research Foundation, Our Lady’s Children’s Hospital, Crumlin!
‘Tour de Moran & Bewley’s Hotels’ kicked off this morning in the reception of the Red Cow Moran Hotel – the team have decided to get together and cycle 1,000miles in one week! Our bike will be travelling from hotel to hotel in order to clock up the targeted 1,000 miles and raise as much money as possible!
