The AA inspector described their meal as “simplicity at its best” and commenting on the “great flavours” and “accurate cookery” of the dish. Quality of service received is also taken into consideration. The AA inspector said “the team exuded natural friendliness which was underpinned by sound professional procedures and great menu knowledge” Watermarq Head Chief Gary Burke uses local produce and sources only the finest ingredients for all dishes.

A new addition to the Watermarq Beer Garden is a fantastic new children’s playground, ideal for visiting families and guaranteed to ensure healthy appetites all round. A specially designed ‘young diners’ menu is also available for our under twelve year olds as well as a choice of adult dish options in half portions.
The Watermarq Restaurant is open for dinner Tuesday to Saturday and caters for parties of all sizes. Restaurant does not open on a Sunday or a Monday evening. Whether it’s an intimate dinner for two or a group celebration we have the perfect table for you. From the 6th of July to the 31st of August the restaurant will be open all nights except Monday.
