Our first inclusive wedding package, priced at just €48 per person, gives the option to choose one selection from a choice of starters, soups & desserts from the list on our Silver Springs Hotel in Cork wedding brochure, and 2 of the following main courses:
Roast crown of turkey, honey glazed ham, herb stuffing & cranberry relish
or
Sauté supreme of chicken with a herb stuffing, wrapped in bacon, cream & mushroom tarragon jus
or
Roast stuffed loin of pork, apple compote & cider glaze
or
Roast stuffed loin of bacon, port jus with a honey & mustard glaze
Baked delice of salmon, leek & white wine cream
or
Baked cod, served with a herb crust
or
Duo of salmon/codling, mussel cream sauce
