This June we at
Moran Hotels have decided to get a little creative.. this competition being a bit different than normal!

What we want from you guys are photos, not just any photos…photos of Moran Hotels!!! Photos of any Moran Hotel be it the
Red Cow,
Silver Springs,
Crown or
Chiswick!! We want you to send us photos of your experience in our hotel, if you haven’t stayed lately don’t worry why not pop into one of the hotels, have a wonder around and take a few snaps while you’re there. We are asking you to let your creative juices flow and take the best pics you can, we’re looking for pictures of anything: exteriors, grounds, lobbies, restaurants, bars, bedrooms, meeting rooms etc – once it’s in one of our Moran Hotels we don’t mind!

Just be careful not to take any photos of members of the public as its invading their privacy and they might get a little angry!!
The deal is if your picture makes it to our hotel photo gallery (featured on our website) then you will win the following fantastic prize:

To email your photos we will need them in a zipped file – to put your photo/photos into a zipped file all you will need to do is:
– Save your photos in a normal folder on your desktop called ‘Moran Facebook Comp’
– Right click this folder and select the option ‘send to’
– Then select the first option ‘Compressed (zipped) folder’
This will then create a new zipped folder containing all the photos, then all you have to do is attach this folder to the email you will be sending us!!!

The Saint Vincent DePaul Society, long established as a friend to the poor, now finds itself stretched to the limit. So in an effort to assist The Saint Vincent DePaul Society to reconnect the electricity supply to the homes of less fortunate Corkonians, “Turn On The Light” the brainchild of Cork promoter Noel Magnier was created!
The special benefit concert will be held on Thursday 21st April at The Silver Springs Moran Hotel in Cork and tickets cost just €15! Other acts also set to perform are the Miami Showband original members – Des Lee, Stephen Travers and Gerry Brown, Celtic rock superstar Johnny Fean from the Horslips, Ireland’s hottest new country singer Derek Ryan formerly of boy band Dside and Cork’s very own Declan Ryan and Shindig.

The Marketing Institutes South Region 2011 Masked Ball will take place on Saturday 26th March at Silver Springs Moran Hotel in Cork.
The black-tie event sponsored by Tia Maria and themed “Get Behind the Mask” will commence at the Silver Springs Moran Hotel in Cork at 7pm with a drinks reception and music from The Cuban All Stars. More entertainment will take place throughout the night and after dinner the fabulous The Swing Cats will play followed by a late night DJ.
